naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Technical and Professional Experience Having 7 years of Experience in Automation Lead Define and lead automation roadmap across Systrack and ServiceNow platforms Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM ITAM and WSD Leverage Systrack for endpoint monitoring user behavior analytics and performance insights Develop and maintain automation dashboards and reporting tools Identify automation opportunities in ITSM ITOM ITAM and workplace services Implement workflows scripts and bots to automate repetitive tasks and service requests Integrate Systrack analytics with ServiceNow for proactive incident detection and resolution Lead automation projects from initiation to delivery ensuring timelines quality and stakeholder alignment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions Manage change control documentation and governance for automation initiatives Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Drive initiatives like Zero Operations Predictive Intelligence and AI-readiness assessments Conduct tool maturity assessments and recommend enhancements Champion the use of GenAI and industry best practices in automation design Ensure automation solutions comply with enterprise security data privacy and audit requirements Maintain SLA adherence and monitor automation performance metrics Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from it s how we think and who we are We welcome people of all cultures backgrounds and experiences But we re not doing it single-handily Our Kyndryl Inclusion Networks are only one of many ways we create a workplace where all Kyndryls can find and provide support and advice This dedication to welcoming everyone into our company means that Kyndryl gives you -
