Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Design, implement, and execute automated test suites to validate functional, regression, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis of software issues and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or similar.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, NUnit, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
