Key responsibilities of a chef cook may include:

- **Kitchen staff management**:
Supervising and delegating tasks to kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
- **Quality control**:
Inspecting food quality, ensuring proper food handling and storage, and maintaining sanitation standards.
- **Recipe development**:
Creating new dishes, modifying existing recipes, and experimenting with flavors.
- **Cost control**:
Managing food inventory, minimizing waste, and adhering to budget constraints.
- **Training and development**:
Coaching and training kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures.
- **Communication and teamwork**:
Collaborating with other departments like servers and management to ensure smooth service.

Required skills and knowledge:

- **Culinary expertise**: Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, poaching, and baking.
- **Food safety**: Understanding and adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- **Leadership skills**: Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Time management**: Efficiently organizing work to meet deadlines and service times.
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring consistency in quality and presentation of dishes.
- **Creativity**: Developing innovative dishes and menu concepts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
