Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Promote products and services, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Answer questions about products/services, company, and any other information customers may need.
- Handle objections effectively to maximize sales conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and client details using CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer insights and product improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Telesales Executive (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
