**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales and leads.
- Explain products and services, highlighting key features and benefits to potential clients.
- Follow up on warm leads and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead conversion process.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- High level of professionalism and work ethic.
