**Job Title: Telesales Executive (Inside Sales) - UG/PG Course Sales**
**Location**: Mumbai
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 in-hand per month.
**Experience Required**: Minimum **6 months** in telesales, inside sales, or academic counseling (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
**Education**: Any graduate
**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills required**
**Work Schedule**:6 days working (Sunday off)**
**Timings**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM**
We are hiring **Telesales Executives (Inside Sales)** to drive **UG/PG course enrollments online**. This role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their educational goals, and helping them choose the right courses. If you have strong sales skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for education, this is a great opportunity for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and counsel them on suitable **UG/PG courses**.
- Provide detailed information about the courses, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure a seamless admission process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance sales strategies and conversions.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in telesales, inside sales, or academic counseling (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- **Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.**:
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to handle student inquiries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
