
Inbound Sales Agent

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, focusing on technical products or services for the **UK & USA/Germany** **Markets**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their technical needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present technical solutions clearly and convincingly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Executive or similar role in the tech industry, focusing on the UK and USA markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and translate features into customer benefits.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in **B2B / B2C** sales preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
