**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Actively source and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
- **Property Listings**: Market properties effectively by creating compelling listings, conducting virtual tours, and showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
- **Sales and Negotiation**: Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
- **Customer Service**: Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring a smooth transaction.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage necessary paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, purchase, and leasing within a reputable agency.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using real estate software and technology.
- **License**: Valid real estate agent license.
