We are looking for **Sales Agent, Senior Sales, AM, Manager & Team Lead** Positions For India's Leading Real Estate Company With Experience into **Residential Real Estate Sales only.**

**Functional Skills**:
Understanding of the Real Estate Business
Build and handle a strong network of connections
Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends and CRM practices
Exposure to primary sales
Tech Savvy

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sell residential properties in Faridabad market
- Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
- Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices
- Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms
- Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
- Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions
- Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector
- Someone who is flexible to travel frequently

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- in Residential Real Estate sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

License/Certification:

- Exp for Associate
- 0.6- 2 Years (preferred)
