About Us:
Join our dynamic real estate firm based On-Site in DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon. We specialize in high-quality property sales and are looking for a confident and charismatic individual to be the face of our brand across YouTube and social media. This role is crucial for showcasing our exclusive properties and engaging our target audience through compelling video content.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of video content—from concept and scripting to being the on-camera talent and performing basic edits. You will work independently on your projects while collaborating with the broader marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Camera Presentation: Serve as the primary on-camera Model/Presenter, showcasing properties and market insights with high energy, excellent charisma, and a camera-friendly personality.
Video Walkthroughs: Plan, film, and star in high-quality property walkthrough videos (for apartments, villas, and plots) to highlight features, aesthetic appeal, and unique selling points.
Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Develop detailed, creative, and engaging scripts for all video content (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, etc.) that clearly articulate property value and resonate with potential buyers.
Content Production & Editing: Manage all aspects of content capture, including basic setup and filming. Perform basic to intermediate video editing (trimming, graphics, music, text overlays) to produce polished final content ready for publication.
Platform Focus: Ensure content is optimized for specific platforms, primarily YouTube and Social Media, maximizing visibility and engagement.
Team Collaboration: Work independently to manage your projects, while coordinating closely with the sales team to align content with active listings and market trends.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in a role focused on video creation, on-camera presentation, or digital content production.
On-Camera Talent: Proven ability to present confidently and clearly on camera with a model-like presence and highly presentable demeanor.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi, with the ability to articulate information engagingly.
Creative Mindset: A proactive, trend-aware approach to developing fresh, high-impact video ideas specific to the real estate sector.
Work Style: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing content pipelines independently under deadlines.
Required for Application
A strong portfolio demonstrating previous on-camera work and video content creation.
Location & Compensation
Location: On-site at our office in DLF Phase 2, Gurgaon.

Salary: Fixed salary as per market standards for the role. (No incentive structure.)
