_Customer Service, fulfillment, and facilities coordinator_
- Customer Service:_
- Process exchanges and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction with the resolution.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of products to offer accurate information and recommendations.
- Order Fulfillment:_
- Oversee the processing and packaging of orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring products are ready for delivery.
- Coordinate logistics with delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, coordinating closely with the Business Development and Merchandising Manager for inventory adjustments.
- Facilities Coordination:_
- Schedule regular cleaning and maintenance for the store, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Manage supplies inventory, including cleaning materials and office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Liaise with external service providers for maintenance issues that require professional attention, such as electrical or plumbing repairs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and resolve issues.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with maintenance and facility management practices.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
