**Experience**: 1-4 years in B2B / Institutional / HoReCa Sales
**Industry Preference**: Software or FMCG (Beverages / Food & Beverages)

**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **female sales professional** to drive institutional sales of our FMCG products (tea and coffee) and software along with promoting software solutions for HoReCa, hospitals, and educational institutes. The role requires **field sales, client visits, lead generation, and relationship management** with decision-makers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **regular market visits** to hotels, restaurants, cafes (HoReCa), hospitals, and educational institutions, corporates to promote and sell company products.
- Generate **new leads** and build a strong **sales pipeline** for FMCG and software products.
- Manage **institutional sales accounts**, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct **product demonstrations / tastings** for tea & coffee, and **software demos** for institutional clients.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve assigned **sales targets**.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Submit regular reports on **daily client visits, lead generation, and sales performance**.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Proven experience in **FMCG institutional / HoReCa / education / corporate sales**.
- Strong **field sales and client acquisition** skills.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation** skills.
- Ability to handle both **FMCG and software product sales** but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with **extensive client visits / fieldwork**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools** preferred.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, or related field**.
- 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG / beverages / food service / software.
