Our Restaurant is a dynamic and vibrant multi-cuisine restaurant that brings together the rich flavors of culinary traditions. From classic continental and Asian fusion to Indian regional delicacies, we pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and an exceptional dining experience.
We are now seeking a talented and passionate **Executive Chef** to lead our kitchen team and elevate our culinary standards to new heights.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team across multiple cuisine sections
- Design and develop diverse, seasonal menus that reflect global culinary trends
- Ensure high-quality food preparation, consistency, and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
- Control kitchen costs and manage inventory, suppliers, and budgeting
- Recruit, train, and mentor culinary staff
- Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and special menus
- Uphold the brand’s reputation and culinary identity
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a multi-cuisine environment
- Expertise in at least 3-4 international/regional cuisines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creative, innovative, and quality-focused
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and team management
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
