Admin Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for construction and interior projects
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors for timely execution of interior work
- Supervise building maintenance activities, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities
- Manage and liaise with contractors and labor teams for plumbing, electrical, and civil tasks
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and vendor contracts
- Monitor site progress and provide administrative support to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address facility issues proactively
- Support procurement of materials and manage inventory as per project requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all project sites
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction administration or site execution
- Strong understanding of **interior project execution** and **fit-out works**:
- Knowledge of **plumbing systems** and basic **electrical maintenance**:
- Ability to coordinate and supervise **teams of contractors and service providers**:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
