**Job Title: Admin Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle general **office administration tasks** and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Visit **banks, government offices, and vendors** as required for official work.
- Act as a **mediator between vendors and management** for service coordination and procurement.
- Manage and maintain **office supplies, stationery, and equipment** inventory.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of administrative systems.
- Manage **procurement processes** and ensure timely replenishment of office materials.
- Support **HR and Finance teams** with data management, forms, and compliance tracking.
- Assist in organizing **company events, meetings, and celebrations**.
- Handle **general correspondence, courier dispatch, and visitor management** at the reception area.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and coordinate effectively.
- Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel locally for office-related work.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and well-presented.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

**Experience**:
Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
