**Company Description**:
A Leading Alternative Investment platform.
- Develop network by initiating, structuring, negotiating partnership deals across various channels including IFAs, Real Estate Distributors, Investment Bankers, Wealth management SMEs in and outside India for the distribution of our Investment Offerings [Fractional Ownership, Structured Debt, Securitised Debt Instruments, PMS].
- Onboard Partners and Conduct product training on a regular basis for Investors & channel partners
- Manage Tie-ups and Conduct business engagement activities on a regular basis with these partners
- Manage Team of Investment Managers
- Focus on increasing self & team AUM size over month-on-month basis
- Creating daily MIS and reports

**Qualifications**:

- MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed college/university.
- Bachelor’s in commerce (preferred)
- Active NISM V A certification (preferred).

**Additional Information**:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in either Institutional Sales or Retail Sales (IFA/ND Channel), Wealth Management, AIF / PMS sales
- Proven track record in B2B Sales, especially in the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of PMS & AIF Business and processes
- Ability to devise innovative channel partner business campaign
- Excellent communication skills [Verbal and Written] and strong presenting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office [especially MS Excel]
- Strong Analytical skills
- Good understanding of Global + Indian Financial Markets
- Good to have Knowledge across investment products: Fixed Income, Real Estate, Structured Debt, SDI, PMS & Other Alternatives
