Investment Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to drive success in M&A, fundraising, and corporate finance.

As an Investment Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end transaction management, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation. You will also execute deals across M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM, build and manage investor relationships, and prepare pitch decks, CIMs, business plans, teasers, and financial models for fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and closing documentation
  • Execute deals across M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM
  • Build and manage strong relationships with investors, clients, and partners
  • Prepare high-quality pitch decks, CIMs, business plans, teasers, and financial models
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
  • Expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial models and investor decks
  • Excellent market research, business due diligence, and sector analysis skills
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
