Job Title: AVP Sales

Qualification: Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred; MBA or NISM certifications preferred)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AVP Sales to lead sales operations across B2C and B2B branches, drive revenue growth, and manage high-value client relationships. This role involves team leadership, strategic business planning, cross-selling opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experience while ensuring strong market presence across segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business for all B2C & B2B branches.
- Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with HNI and retail clients.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities in equities, commodities, and currency products.
- Create cross-sell and up-sell strategies to maximize wallet share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular engagement, issue resolution, and feedback tracking.
- Attend sales meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Plan and implement projects and sales activities in line with business priorities
- Achieve individual HNI client sales targets while supporting team performance.
