HelixSense Technologies Pvt. Ltd.is looking for a full-time NOC Support Executive for Asset management platform under their operations team.

**Job Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Basic knowledge about the facility operations and equipment.
- Good knowledge in Excel, MS-word.
- Gathering and analysing client asset data.
- Determining facility and equipment specifications.
- Evaluating the checklist and mapping in system.
- Coordinating with reporting manger and implement the project at the site in specified timeline.
- Receiving and responding to the calls & mails from clients.
- Creating, validating and escalating tickets to internal teams
- Coordination with internal teams for confirming the progress on the raised tickets for issue resolution
- Preparing reports and attending regular meetings
- Any Graduate
- 0-1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in MS office
- Good Analytical skills
- Good communication
- Easy grabbing to new technologies
- Willingness to explore new technologies and unfamiliar concepts.
- Passion for learning about building hardware + software systems.

**Environmental job requirements and Working conditions**
- Working from Office located in Bangalore Whitefield
- This position doesn't require travel outside the Bangalore, may required to travel to the client location based on project requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
