Prior Experience in managing E-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Shopify store, etc is must.
- Daily managing entire order processing cycle i.e order processing as per SOP, coordinating with Warehouse team & ensuring timely pack & dispatch, fulfilment as per TAT.
- Maintain required communication with logistics partners and even with customers to provide real-time updates and address any issues or concerns actively.
- Maintain accurate records of daily dispatch activities & its count & also daily returns inward & count.
- All Returns processing ,garments basic quality check, bifurcating returns as per its classification (Sellable/Unsellable) & timely inward of returns inventory in warehouse.
- Claims process for wrong returns & Returns re-conciliation & maintaining proper records for the same.
- Analyze and prepare **RETURNS** data from online marketplaces to identify key reasons for returns and share actionable feedback with teams to help reduce return rates and improve fulfillment efficiency.
- Managing product listings for all marketplaces & to ensure they are up to date with no missing gaps.
- Pro active escalation with seller support for any issue related to listings, order process, returns, claims and any other account management issues.
- Monthly reporting & analysis of sales data at SKU level & platform level.
- 1-3 years of proven working experience as an E-Commerce Operations executive for Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio & other marketplaces.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Warehouse management & leadership ability to get work done on time & in systematic manner as per SOP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
