**Job Summary**

The Bartender is responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. The role requires excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, while ensuring **Good communication ,guest satisfaction, responsible service of alcohol, hygiene, and inventory control**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Suggest and upsell premium spirits, cocktails, and food pairings.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times.
- Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol policies.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Monitor stock levels, prepare requisitions, and minimize wastage.
- Assist in creating new cocktails and seasonal bar menus.
- Maintain glassware, bar tools, and equipment in good condition.
- Handle guest complaints politely and resolve them effectively.
- Work efficiently during busy hours and coordinate with service staff.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 2-4 years of bartending experience in premium restaurants, hotels, or lounges.
- Strong knowledge of **cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar operations**.
- Certification in bartending / mixology preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Creativity and flair in mixology (R&D skills a plus).

**Salary Range**

₹33,00 to 38,000
