A bartender has a variety of key responsibilities, including:

- **Preparing and Serving Drinks**: Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- **Customer Service**: Greeting customers, taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Maintaining the Bar Area**: Keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked. This includes cleaning glasses, washing utensils, and restocking supplies as needed.
- **Handling Payments**: Processing customer payments, giving change, and sometimes operating the register or point-of-sale system.
- **Monitoring Alcohol Consumption**: Ensuring that patrons drink responsibly by watching for signs of intoxication and refusing service when necessary.
- **Managing Inventory**: Keeping track of stock levels for liquor, mixers, and other supplies, and notifying management when it's time to reorder.
- **Creating Cocktails and Specialty Drinks**: Using knowledge of drink recipes to create both standard and custom drinks based on customer preferences.
- **Setting Up and Closing the Bar**: Setting up the bar before opening hours and ensuring it is cleaned and secured after closing.
- **Complying with Legal Requirements**: Following local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service, including checking IDs to verify the legal drinking age.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
