**Job Summary**:
The **Bartender** is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. This role includes maintaining the bar area, ensuring proper stock levels, and providing excellent guest service to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and make personalized drink recommendations.
- Operate bar equipment (shakers, blenders, mixers, pourers) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, glassware, and tools.
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies such as garnishes, mixers, and liquor.
- Process payments using POS systems and ensure accurate billing.
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the bar.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP or equivalent).
- Maintain a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender (1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and beer.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good personal grooming and hygiene.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours.
- Flexibility to work late hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (optional but preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
