Qualification : Any Graduation

Experience : 1-3Y

Salary : 30K

Working days : 6

Working hours : General shift ( 9am to 6pm)

Notice period : 0 - 15 Days

Key Skills:

- Good MS Office knowledge
- Oral and Verbal communication skills

Roles:

- Welcoming guests warmly and professionally.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Suggesting menu items and upselling (e.g., appetizers, desserts, wines).
- Addressing guest complaints or concerns politely and efficiently.
- Punching orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous manner.
- Setting up tables (cutlery, glassware, napkins, etc.).
- Clearing and cleaning tables after use.
- Ensuring the dining area is tidy and organized.
- Familiarity with menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Following food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
- Presenting the bill and handling payments (cash, card, or digital).
- Ensuring accurate billing and proper transaction handling.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers.
- Assisting in inventory checks and restocking as needed.
- Assisting in banquet setups or catering services.
- Supporting during conferences, weddings, or other functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
