Your Role:

- Architect and deliver scalable, high quality and secure data solutions to achieve GTM business objectives working closely with data product managers and data engineers / analysts / scientists
- Partner with platform and peer architects to define and maintain GTM data architecture
- Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Implement data monitoring, including data quality checks to ensure trusted data.
- Act as a thought leader with deep understanding of GTM business and right use of data to drive sales growth, improve deal velocity and ease of doing business for sellers among others.
- Define and deliver performant bronze, silver and gold layers of data using industry best patterns for consumption by data analysts and data scientists.
- Build custom integrations to make data consumption more actionable.
- Coach and mentor other data engineers and analysts in the team, perform design and code reviews.
- Minimum of 8+ (6+ years with a Masters) years of experience in a data engineering / architect role, ideally in GTM space at a SaaS company.
- Hands on experience and demonstrated passion in solving complex data ingestion, storage, transformation and consumption challenges through scalable, fault-tolerant architecture.
- Deep experience in designing and building highly scalable and reliable data products using big data tech stack such as Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, Fivetran, Python
- Mastery in various data modeling techniques, eg. dimensional modeling
- Experience in bringing data from / to GTM platforms such as Salesforce, GainSights or similar ones.
- Software development experience with proficiency in Python, Java, Scala or another language.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent
- Prior experience shipping scalable data solutions in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, SQL/NoSQL and or columnar databases
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, scripting and cloud data warehouse / data lake
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to write crisp design documents and articulate design options and recommendations
- Experience with Agile methodologies and using tools such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance
- Familiarity with statistical modeling, in particular classification models, and statistical programming languages like Python or R.
