Deep understanding and experience with Salesforce Service Cloud components including Case Management Omni-Channel Knowledge Base Macros and Field Service Lightning - Ability to architect end-to-end customer support journeys leveraging intelligent routing automation and data-driven service delivery - Define and architect omni-channel support strategies including chat messaging and voice integrations - Ensure seamless case routing prioritization and resolution using Omni-Channel Case Assignment Rules and Queues - Design AI-driven solutions using Einstein Bots Next Best Action and Einstein Case Classification to drive proactive support - Ensure Service Console is configured and customized to maximize agent efficiency and user experience - Define and document Salesforce solution architecture that aligns with enterprise goals and best practices - Design scalable high-performing Salesforce solutions incorporating Apex Visualforce Lightning Components Flows and integrations - Lead design workshops and architecture review sessions with stakeholders and project teams - Act as a technical authority across Salesforce projects guiding development teams on implementation best practices - Collaborate with Business Analysts Developers Admins and Project Managers to ensure solution feasibility and compliance with architectural standards - Provide mentorship and training to junior architects and developers - Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs middleware e g MuleSoft and ETL tools - Develop data migration strategies and ensure data integrity security and compliance - Enforce coding standards development processes and platform governance - Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions from the Salesforce AppExchange - Work closely with business and IT leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives - Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders Required Qualifications Skills - Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem including solution design and development - Proven experience in architecting multi-cloud Salesforce solutions Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud etc - Strong hands-on experience with Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Visualforce SOQL and Salesforce DX - Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns APIs and middleware tools e g MuleSoft Dell Boomi - Experience with CI CD tools version control e g Git and DevOps practices - Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles data modeling and system scalability -
