**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Trainee (Hybrid)
**Location**: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
**Schedule**: 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
**Shift Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST

**About the Role**:
We are seeking motivated fresh graduates and entry-level professionals to join our **Talent Acquisition Team**. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you gain hands-on experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple industries.

At the end of the traineeship, high-performing individuals will be offered a **Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)** with a monthly salary of **₹15,000 - ₹18,000**, based on performance during the training period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist with walk-in drives, hiring events, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain smooth communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connectivity for remote work.
- Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in recruitment.

**Interview Details**:Walk-in interview schedule will be shared after the initial screening call.
