Job Description -

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and Campus hiring.
  • Strong knowledge current talent market trends and best practices in talent acquisition and campus hiring.
  • Experience in handling resume databases and Application Tracking systems.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital platforms and tools for talent acquisition (cadre & lateral).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines
  • Skilled in hiring both freshers/trainees (cadre) and experienced candidates (lateral)
  • High degree of initiative and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Have an existing network of effective recruitment consultants.
