**1. Attend and manage technician calls, ensuring timely follow-up for payment, pending jobs, and addressing cancellation requests.**

**2. Maintain a comprehensive record of customer complaints and queries in Google Sheets, resolving them promptly on a daily basis.**

**3. Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on new job requirements and industry best practices. Coordination with on route technicians for their in-hand jobs & urgent same day jobs.**

**4. Skilfully prepare finalized job quotations using Google Sheets.**

**6. Data Entry & Backend support.**

**JOB TYPE-**

**Regular, Full Time, Day Shift, weekly off on week day 6 days Working**

**Time - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**
