**About the Role**:
We are seeking a qualified **Customer Support Executive with a background in Nutrition** to join our customer experience team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health and wellness and can confidently handle both general customer service queries and in-depth, technical product-related questions. You’ll play a key role in building trust with customers by offering expert guidance on our nutraceutical products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Provide Professional Customer Support**:

- **Offer Technical Product Guidance**:
Use your expertise in nutrition and dietary science to address specific product-related questions, suggest suitable supplements, and guide dosage or usage queries (within the scope of general guidelines).
- **Resolve Issues and Complaints**:
Address customer concerns, including product dissatisfaction, and work towards resolution with clarity and compassion.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**:
Coordinate with product development, quality assurance, and marketing teams to stay updated and ensure accurate responses to technical queries.
- **Educate Customers**:
Help users understand the benefits, ingredients, usage, and scientific backing of our product portfolio in a simple, customer-friendly language.
- **Maintain Accurate Records**:
Log all interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in a clear and organized manner to ensure consistent service and insights for internal teams.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:
Share recurring queries or concerns with internal teams to improve product FAQs, training material, and customer education.

**What are we looking for**:

- A certified nutritionist or dietitian (B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition, Dietetics, or relevant discipline)
- At least 1 year of experience in either customer support or clinical consultation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident in explaining technical product details in layman’s terms
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people
