**Job Profile** - Customer Service Representative

Location - Currently Work From Home

**Mumbai Exp. Required** - 2+ Years

**Qualification** - Any Graduation

**Workdays & Timings** - Monday to Saturday (9.00 AM to 6.00 PM)

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution and follow-up.Engage with agency holders and talent to address and mitigate recurring issues.
- Collect and document feedback from users and talent to drive app improvements.

**Other Requirements**
- 1. Should be aware of the live streaming industry and operations

2. Should be able to communicate fluently in English & Hindi. (Other language proficiency will be an added advantage)

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
