- **BSC/MSC or Any Graduation**:

- **2-3 years’ experience required in filing all kinds of online and offline tenders like E-procurement. Specifically looking for someone who has successfully closed maximum Tenders (L-1 & L-2).**:

- **Well versed in Biding Process. Bid Management. Proposal Management. Proposal Writing. Budgeting. Forecasting. Contracts. Tender Preparation.**:

- Should be capable to handle tenders published on E-Portal.
- Should be capable of coordinating between Management and tender issuer.
- Taking Follow up, comprehensive tender bidding and payment realization management.
- Tender Management:
1. Online/Offline Tender Submission of Various Government Departments.

2. Preparing various Documents as per tender requirements.

3. Telephonic and Written Communication with Clients regarding Tenders/ Works etc.

4. Visits to the Clients office for Tender Meetings, Documentation & Billing Process.

5. Coordinate to prepare Sales Order, Track progress of work & prepare reports.

6. Arrange the Tender Fees, EMD etc. for related tender, final tender

7. Configure the PC set to submit the tender documents with the checklist.

**Job location will be in Pirangut /Pune**
