**Role - Tender Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
1. To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and per-qualifications.

2. To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review;
3. To assist the commercial department in cultivating good relationships with existing and potential associates/customers;
4. To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement, and mode of submission;
5. To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission;
6. To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing, and preparation of outgoing submissions;
7. To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc., and in line with customers' tender requirement

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Degree/Diploma in a Technical Discipline

2. **Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience**

3. Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders in marine & offshore fabrication for oil & gas industry.

4. **Working knowledge of GeM Govt. e-Marketplace**

1. 1 to 3 years’ experience in B2B Tendering/proposal

2. Excellent Writing and Analytical Skills.

3. Strong interpersonal skills.

4. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. **Exp in Gem portal is must**

**Education**

**UG :B.Sc in Electronics, B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Petroleum, Production/Industrial, Instrumentation, Marine, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Nuclear, Electrical**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
