**Designation**: Call Center Operations Trainee

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Distribute leads to the team daily basis.
- Manage and process lead generation tools.
- Track and share lead progress and daily calling reports to the clients.
- Monitor and analyse call centre team performance.
- Maintain operational records and prepare and share different insightful reports to the clients.
- Assist in call centre quality checks and performance reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or currently pursuing the master’s degree.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.
