**Job Summary**:

- Looking for a role where you can learn, grow, and build a strong professional foundation? As a Trainee - Business Operations, you will be actively involved in daily operational tasks, data management, and workflow coordination. This role will help you develop critical skills in problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking while working closely with experienced professionals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Distribute leads to the team daily basis.
- Manage and process lead generation tools.
- Track and share lead progress and daily calling reports to the clients.
- Monitor and analyse call center team performance.
- Maintain operational records and prepare and share different insightful reports to the clients.
- Assist in call center quality checks and performance reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or currently pursuing the master’s degree.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
