We are currently seeking to engage with talented individuals who are enthusiastic and have interest in building up their career in business development and are interested to join our team as a Sales Trainee.

The sales trainee will work with the current staff in order to learn about the essential operations of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to understand their needs and requirements
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve annual and quarterly order and revenue targets
- Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- MBA in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
- Great networking skills.
