We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainee
Sales Officer. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and an interest in the metal industry to learn and develop their skills and contribute to their personal and organisational growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:Assist the ROM in developing and implementing sales strategies and identifying and contacting potential clients, preparing sales presentations, and managing client inquiries.

**Market Research**:Conduct research on the metal industry, including market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries are addressed promptly.

**Sales Strategy**:Collaborate with senior sales managers for suggestions to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.

**Training**:Participate in training programs to enhance Metal and Steel product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise.

**Sales Reporting**:Prepare regular sales reports, track performance, and provide insights to optimise the sales process.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals while learning from experienced professionals.

**Experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Engineering, Business management will be preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for sales and Marketing.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles is a plus.
- Hunger for continuous learning and personal growth.
- A commitment to the growth of the company and the nation.
