**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating product-related documents (PPTs, Word files, etc.) to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop presentations and proposals that align with client needs and product offerings.
- Document product specifications, features, and benefits in a clear, concise, and visually appealing format.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to craft strategic content for customer-facing materials.
- Stay updated on product developments to ensure that all documentation reflects the most current information.
- Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings, presentations, and demos.
- Contribute to the creation of sales kits and product training materials.
- Maintain and organize a repository of templates and documents for easy access by the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing documents.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.
