Our growing team in Ahmedabad is looking for experienced call center professionals with a background in solar sales to connect with Australian customers and offer them top-notch solar solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential customers in Australia to promote solar solutions

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Solar Installation

Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and government incentives

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain CRM records and follow up with interested customers

Adhere to compliance and quality standards

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in solar sales calling (Australian market preferred)

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong sales and persuasion skills

Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone

Comfortable working in Australian time zones (Monday to Friday) Saturday half day

Experience with CRM tools is a plus
