**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Communication with US Insurances & Patient
- E-Mail Conversations with US office.
- Solving issues / communicating with the Office Managers
- Can Work according to the US shifts.
- Fresher can Also Apply.
- Creating reports
- Solving queries / tasks assigned to them.
- Excellent Typing Speed skills in English is a must, command over Gujarati and Hindi languages will be an added advantage
- Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Easy Communicate US Excellent.
**Key Skills**
- Fluent English
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant field
- 0-1 years of relevant experience, fresher with excellent Typing skills can also apply
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and with mínimal direct supervision
- Effective time management and multitasking skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines
