- Job Summary:_
- Responsibilities:_
- _ Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and clients to identify new business opportunities and promote the company's products and services_
- _ Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and customer needs_
- _ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services_
- _ Oversee project execution to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients_
- _ Conduct site visits and provide rendering services to clients to their satisfaction_
- _ Prepare quotations and material selections for clients and negotiate the terms of agreements_
- _ Provide feedback on future buying trends and advise on forthcoming product developments and special promotions_
- _ Liaise with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders_
- _ Prepare and present promotional presentations to clients_
- _ Increase revenue contribution in the premium/luxury segment_
- _ Achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction_
- Qualifications:_
- _ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or related field_
- _ 3-5 years of experience in business development and project management in the construction or interior design industry_
- _ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- _ Strong organizational and project management skills_
- _ Ability to work independently and as part of a team_
- _ Results-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach_
- _ Knowledge of industry trends and new product developments_
- _ Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings_
