**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contractor Coordination**:

- Manage and coordinate the mobilization of labor contractors to ensure adequate staffing levels at the project site.
- Track the movement of contract labor from their source location to the site, ensuring timely arrival.
- Liaise between the contracts team and site management to address any additional labor requirements.
- **Resource Management**:

- Oversee the daily headcount of contract labor within the assigned region, ensuring that labor needs are met efficiently.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure that work is distributed according to the skills and capabilities of the laborers.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by contractors, escalating them to the Regional Head as necessary.
- Ensure that contractors’ concerns are resolved promptly to maintain smooth operations on-site.
- **Billing and Documentation**:

- Track contractor bills, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for payment processing.
- Maintain detailed records of labor utilization, headcount, and any issues related to contractor management.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports to the Regional Head, detailing labor status, contractor performance, and any challenges faced.
- Offer insights and recommendations for improving labor coordination and contractor management processes.
- **Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- ITI certification or other relevant technical qualifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in labor management or contractor coordination, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with labor laws and contractor management practices in India.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software for reporting and documentation.
