Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Bangalore

Role: Project Coordinator for Vendor Management facilitate and maintain relationships between organization and vendors/partners/contractors. Comfortable with data, they will be in charge of negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, finding the best available vendors, and manage their performance on a day-to-day basis. Project Coordinators are not only in charge of managing day to day vendor operations, but also are responsible for strategic long term relationships with the vendors with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, assess the quality of their skills/services/capabilties, negotiate pricing and communicate any product or service related concerns.
- Developing and sustaining long standing relationships with company approved vendors and contractors.
- Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
- Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
- Serving the key point of contact between the company and contractors to ensure timely review and approval of any variations.
- Keeping thorough records of all documents related to contracts.
- Communicating the need to the designated vendors to ensure timely availability of contract workforce
- Recruitment of Contract labour workforce through designated contractors.
- Identify new contractors to keep Manpower cost under control all the times and manage third party vendors to ensure timely identification of contract workforce and their payments.
- Ensure labor/material deployment is as expected and within the standards expected and set by the company
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management or related field. B Tech in Civil or Architecture field will be an advantage
- MBA from a reputed college is an added plus
- 4+ years of total work experience, work experience in construction/architecture field will be a plus
- Experience managing 3rd party vendors

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
