Job Opportunity**:Labour and Delivery In-Charge**

We’re seeking an experienced **Labour and Delivery In-Charge** to lead and oversee our maternity care team in Ramanagara, Karnataka. If you have a passion for guiding expectant mothers through childbirth and are looking for a fulfilling leadership role, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

**Position**: Labour and Delivery In-Charge
**Location**: Ramanagara, Karnataka
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Qualifications**:

- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (P.B.B.Sc Nursing)

**Experience**: 3-5 years in a similar role or in labor and delivery settings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of labor and delivery care.
- Supervise and support the nursing team in providing high-quality care to mothers and newborns.
- Manage labor and delivery processes, ensuring efficient and effective care.
- Address any complications and provide guidance during delivery.
- Maintain excellent communication with expectant mothers and their families.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
