SUMMARY

Job Title: Pre delivery Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pre - Delivery Inspection (PDI):

  2. Supervise and execute all pre-delivery inspection processes as per OEM guidelines.

  3. Ensure vehicles are defect-free and comply with safety and quality standards.

  4. Team Management:

  5. Lead and guide the PDI and detailing team.

  6. Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide training when required.

  7. Process & Quality Control:

  8. Ensure proper fitment of accessories and adherence to standard operating procedures.

  9. Maintain cleanliness, polishing, and detailing standards before delivery.
  10. Implement quality checks and reduce repeat issues.

  11. Coordination:

  12. Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams for timely vehicle readiness.

  13. Communicate delivery schedules and resolve last-minute issues.

  14. Documentation & Compliance:

  15. Verify and ensure completion of vehicle-related documents before delivery.

  16. Maintain PDI records, checklists, and reports.
  17. Ensure compliance with company and OEM guidelines.

  18. Inventory & Tools Management:

  19. Monitor availability of tools, equipment, and consumables.

  20. Ensure proper storage and handling of vehicles in the stockyard.

  21. Customer Satisfaction:

  22. Ensure vehicles are delivered in showroom condition.

  23. Support delivery executives in smooth customer handover process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of automobile systems and PDI process.
  • Team handling and leadership abilities.
  • Quality and detail-oriented approach.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem - solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements

Qualification- Minimum 12th Pass/Diploma

Experience Requred- 2years minimum in Pre-Delivery Inspection(PDI)/Quality Assurance/Quality Checking/Any related Field
