**Project Coordination and Planning Manager**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Shall take a lead role in controlling optimizations of project and divide responsibilities amongst team members.

Shall coordinate with main architect of client and internal team to complete the work of optimization in given time frame with desired optimization results.

Shall prepare weekly progress report of various teams of architectural, structural and MEP and present cost savings achieved for project undertaken.

Visiting Project sites based on the priority schedule.

Arrangement / Planning for Recourses (Manpower / Materials / Machines)

Resolving Mechanical / Electrical issues in project, with coordinating with the concerned Team members

Primary responsibility will be to take complete ownership to drive the project planning exercise. Weekly Meeting, Tracking actual Vs planned. Also Procurement tracking.

Preparation and take off from GFC, rate analysis, MS-Project / MSP and coordinate with respective Site Heads for Planning vs actual work progress, costing impact, management reporting, monthly WIP presentations.

MIS reporting

Formwork Schemes / Form work materials coordination

Materials coordination with procurement.

Resolving subcontractor issues

Labour contractor negotiations and welfare of Labours
- B.Tech / B.E / or anything above in Civil engineering
- NICMAR Certified Planning profession preferred
- Must have worked on a large scale apartment / Commercial Projects, full life cycle.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
