Position - Travel Desk Executive

About Us:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and book domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visas.

Coordinate travel logistics according to company policies and individual preferences.

Manage travel-related documentation such as itineraries, tickets, travel insurance, and expense reports.

Maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to negotiate the best rates and services.

Monitor and track all travel-related expenses to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance with budgets.

Stay updated on travel advisories, visa rules, and travel regulations.

Assist employees/clients with last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies.

Maintain a travel database with traveller profiles, preferences, and historical data.

Support post-travel activities such as reimbursements and feedback collection.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in a travel executive or similar role.

Proficiency in using travel booking tools and platforms Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of visa procedures, international travel norms, and documentation requirements.

Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage last-minute changes effectively.
