**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Management**:

- Arrange domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation.
- Plan and create detailed travel itineraries while ensuring optimal travel routes and cost-efficiency.
- Handle changes to travel plans such as rebooking, cancellations, or emergencies promptly.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other vendors for bookings and negotiations.
- Maintain relationships with travel service providers to secure better rates and services.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Assist in obtaining visas, travel insurance, and other required travel documents.
- Ensure all travel bookings comply with the company’s travel policy and approval processes.
- **Travel Expense Management**:

- Monitor travel-related expenses and maintain records for expense claims.
- Assist in reconciling travel expenses and ensure timely submission of invoices.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, employee itineraries, and travel budgets.
- Prepare periodic reports on travel expenses, trends, and policy adherence.
- **Employee Assistance**:

- Provide travel support to employees before, during, and after their travel.
- Address travel-related inquiries and resolve issues such as delays or cancellations.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline travel booking processes for better efficiency.
- Keep updated with industry trends, new travel solutions, and cost-saving techniques.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in managing travel desks, corporate travel coordination, or hospitality.
- Previous experience with international bookings and visa processes is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in travel booking software, MS Office Suite, and expense management tools.
- Negotiation skills to secure the best travel deals.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to respond to unexpected travel-related challenges.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
