Position: Travel Desk Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years

Budget: Up to 30k/Month

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Rsponsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end domestic & international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cabs, visas).
  • Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and approvals as per company policies.
  • Ensure cost-effective travel planning and negotiate with travel vendors.
  • Maintain travel records, reports, and expense statements.
  • Assist employees with travel queries and provide timely support.
  • Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate travel management.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of travel portals, booking tools, and vendor handling.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
