Job Title: Administrative Senior Officer – Travel & Accounts Coordination
Experience: 3+ Years
Budget: Up to Rs. 45000/Month

Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Travel & Booking Management:
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, local conveyance) for employees Pan-India.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely travel bookings as per company policies.
- Maintain vendor relationships with travel agencies, airlines and hotels for corporate tie-ups and discounts.
- Prepare and circulate travel itineraries and confirmations for employees.
- Maintain a centralized travel database for all branches.
Accounts & Billing Coordination:
- Verify, validate, and process travel bills, invoices and reimbursement claims for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with branch offices (especially Ahmedabad) for timely submission and reconciliation of travel-related expenses.
- Liaise with the Accounts team for vendor payments and expense tracking.
- Maintain and update travel expense MIS reports and provide periodic analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
