Job Title: Administrative Senior Officer – Travel & Accounts Coordination

Experience: 3+ Years

Budget: Up to Rs. 45000/Month

Key Responsibilities:

Travel & Booking Management:

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, local conveyance) for employees Pan-India.
  • Ensure cost-effective and timely travel bookings as per company policies.
  • Maintain vendor relationships with travel agencies, airlines and hotels for corporate tie-ups and discounts.
  • Prepare and circulate travel itineraries and confirmations for employees.
  • Maintain a centralized travel database for all branches.

Accounts & Billing Coordination:

  • Verify, validate, and process travel bills, invoices and reimbursement claims for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with branch offices (especially Ahmedabad) for timely submission and reconciliation of travel-related expenses.
  • Liaise with the Accounts team for vendor payments and expense tracking.
  • Maintain and update travel expense MIS reports and provide periodic analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
